Specialist speech technology provider Aurix is today launching the latest version of its Gopher-it™ call centre speech search and analytics software designed to improve the customer call experience.

Gopher-it 1.1™ not only enables contact centre call analysis, helping to identify good and bad practice and improve business performance, but this updated version also offers increased processing speeds.

Gopher-it 1.1 is also capable of out-of-the-box contact centre and business metric reporting, thanks to its enabled analytics. Speech analytics findings can then be integrated into existing work flows, allowing changes to be implemented into business systems, saving both time and money.
