Aurix and CallCopy partner to enhance speech recognition offering
Speech analytics technology specialist Aurix has announced a partnership with US-based call recording and contact centre solutions company CallCopy. The partnership allows CallCopy’s customers to take advantage of improved levels of customer service thanks to a built-in phonetic speech search capability.
The functionality enables CallCopy’s customers to effectively monitor customer calls for compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines using speech analytics, search recorded call data and quickly produce analysis reports, a vital way of evaluating service quality provision.
The partnership will also expand Aurix’s global presence through CallCopy sales distribution across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and New Zealand.
