Aurix bolsters its ranks for busy time ahead
Audio search company, Aurix, is strengthening its team for what is anticipated to be a busy year ahead. David Knowles has been appointed as Director of Operations, whilst James Kirby has been appointed to Chief Technical Officer.
David Knowles has a defence background, having served as an Army Optical & Electronic Engineer for 22 years. He spent a further nine years working in technology companies, supplying both products and managed services; the principal technologies being Advanced Photonics and Information Security. At Aurix, David is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of the day to day operations, with a particular focus on ensuring new clients are fully supported within the Aurix operation as they take on and integrate Aurix Technology.
David comments, “This is a great opportunity to work with such an innovative company. I knew it was a dynamic business, where I would get the opportunity to work with some great technology.”
James Kirby joined Aurix in 2006 and has over 25 years’ international business experience across both the public and private sectors. At Aurix, James now fulfils the role of CTO with additional responsibilities for finance and contracts. James holds a position on the Aurix executive board and is focused on the transformation of ideas and business applications into technology and IPR.
